Two Local Non-Profits Recognized

The Community Foundation of Taney County (CFTC), in conjunction with the Branson Area Grant Making Fund (BACGF), selected Tantone Industries, Inc. and Jesus Was Homeless to be the 2012 Non-Profit Grant Award Recipients.  Tantone Industries, Inc. was presented with $625.00 and Jesus Was Homeless was presented with a check in the amount of $375.00. 

Each year the CFTC raises funds to be distributed by the BACGF in the form of scholarships to high school students and grants to non-profits. 

“Both, Jesus Was Homeless and Tantone Industries, Inc are difference-makers in our community,” said Peter Connolly, BACGF Chair & Credit Analyst at Branson Bank. “We are excited and honored to help further both of their on-going efforts, supporting the people of Taney County.” 

The Community Foundation of Taney County is a vehicle for charitable giving which provides the means through grants and donations to benefit communities and individuals in Taney County.  Philanthropic individuals, businesses, and organizations through contributions of funds will provide a permanent growing source of charitable assets that can be used to meet emerging and future needs of the community.
