Branson Fire Department Receives Community Foundation Grant

Making ends meet can be a daily challenge for families in the Taney County area.  The Community Foundation of Taney County (CFTC) understands the need and is helping provide financial relief to local, Non-Profit organizations.

Recently, CFTC presented a grant in the amount of $200.00 to the Branson Fire Department for the purchase of adult and child CPR mannequins that will be used for local training efforts.

“Due to the generosity of donors throughout our community, the Foundation is able to facilitate grants to local non-profit organizations,” said Doug Jordan, President of CFTC.  “We are pleased that this particular grant will benefit the Branson Fire Department in order to help them purchase items used for CPR training that will benefit the entire community.”

Those wanting to contribute monetary donations to the Branson Fire Department may contact Ted Martin, Fire Chief by phone at: 417-243-2790 or stop by the Fire Department Headquarters located at: 110 Crosby Street, Branson MO, 65616.

CFTC is committed to finding local solutions to local problems.  The goal is to build a permanent source of assets that will help provide income to meet the many needs identified in the community. CFTC simplifies the giving process by helping connect individuals, families, and businesses with local, non-profit agencies, schools, and churches through grants and planned giving funds.

The Community Foundation of Taney County is a registered 501c3.  If you have any questions or would like to make a donation, please contact Doug Jordan by e-mail at:
